1937. By 1954, one million Waring blenders had been sold.

Carl G. Sontheimer developed the
Cuisinart food processor, which
came out in North America in 1973, from an industrial blender he had seen at a food show in 1971.
A survey of home appliances conducted by the Social Science Research
Institute of the University of Iceland found that 40.6% of Icelanders own a
food processor.
Juicers were created in 1930 by Dr. Norman Walker. He may have been on to
something, since he lived until he was 108 years old.
